		<description>Yeah, not sure most start out noble.... I would say many start out self serving but your point about the FTC is right on.  The bottom line is that decisions seem to be  made without the consideration of how they would effect the marketplace and specifically home &amp; small online businesses whose taxible revenue and expendatures can help the economy grow.  One must ask the reason behind the perceived inconsistancy.  Is it just ignorant bumbling or a preconceived method behind the madness..... or (undoubtedly) some combination of both. 		<description>Like many ideas in Washington, DC the intentions re at first noble then become manipulated to meet the needs of those in power. Patrick, it seems like you clearly called out Google on this one. The FTC allows Google to acquire a new business and look the other way on monopolistic practices and in exchange Google comes down hard on internet marketers that don&#039;t fit the standards of the FTC. Politics as usual I&#039;d say.</description>
